My stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. The atmosphere is quirky and playful, truly embodying a unique Bali experience. I enjoyed the spacious rooms and the fun amenities, but the service left much to be desired, and I was disappointed with the lack of beach access and cleanliness.

I had an amazing time at this hotel, particularly enjoying the beautiful views at the bar and the fantastic service from the staff. The atmosphere is tropical and really uplifting. However, I did have some concerns about certain aspects of dining and service, especially from a couple of staff members. Despite these issues, the overall experience was enjoyable, and I would consider coming back.

Staying at W Bali was an unforgettable experience filled with luxury and excellent service. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, and the staff treated us like family from the moment we arrived. The location is fantastic, offering easy access to Seminyak's vibrant dining and nightlife. Dining options were diverse and delicious, particularly the standout dish at Fire restaurant. However, the breakfast could use some improvement, and the rooms, while comfortable, could use a little more variety in view. Overall, we felt the value for money was excellent given the high-quality amenities and service we received.

However, there were a couple of awkward moments with communication about complimentary ice cream for the kids, which could be improved. Overall, a fantastic experience with a little room for enhancement in communication.
